The all important points system is as follows.
The format is 10 points for each position you achieve in the tournament and then bonus points for the top three players. 3rd would get 1 bonus point per player, 2nd gets 2 bonus points per player and 1st receives 3 bonus points per player.
This means anyone going out of a tournament in 8th place from a field of 20 players would pick up the same points as someone winning a game with 8 players, except for the bonus points of course. It also means every position you gain in a tournament is worth extra points!
